Scott and Marissa both graduated from Rubidoux High School in 1991. They had never officially met until their 20 year class reunion. They have been the best of friends ever since! Scott started Scott Heady Air Conditioning and Heating in 2002.
Over the last 10 years, they have grown the business and are building a great company culture. Scott loves to talk about three things; air conditioning, his wife, and snow boarding. Marissa loves dancing, music and weight training.
Scott and Marissa work diligently to ensure every job is done with integrity. They care for your home and strive to leave everything better than the way they found it. Together they building quality relationships with friends, family and their customers.
Scott has been in the HVAC industry since 1996. He started out as an apprentice in his brother in law’s HVAC business. He worked closely with installation manager learning how to properly install equipment. He was trained as a service technician, too.
Eventually, Scott was the general manager of the company. Scott is a strong believer in education. He continues to take classes in new HVAC technology to stay up to date with the latest and most high efficiency equipment available.
Marissa worked in retail customer service for many years. She later transitioned into being a project coordinator for construction projects. She is also a personal trainer and was a professional belly dancer for 10 years.
Marissa’s passion is personal wellness. She has found a way to incorporate that into the business through education in indoor air quality. Marissa also continues attending business training classes with Trane and EGIA.
